I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and I’ve loved it! The complex manager is amazing and he is always willing to help in ... any way he can. The maintenance guy and his team are always on top of things and super friendly. Anytime I needed something fixed, it was done within 2 days of my request, even if I put priority as low. The complex is right on a main road but even with all the cars driving by it isn’t very noisy. The property is always clean and well maintained. I cannot say enough about Joe Anne all he does There is an issue with homeless of late that everyone is working on but ... the noise at night and fact that there is not much by police is upsetting. It would be nice if there were more extra parking spaces to keep vehicles inside when having a visitor. As far as the rent we are paying high for PS and now I am not feeling safe especially when my son is away. I really want to stay here when my lease is up but I hope this problem is addressed. DeWayne and Joe are doing all they can but I think the property owners need to address this and either add security or better fencing. I have been living here for over 3 years. This is the best apartments in Palm Springs!! The grounds are very well maintained, ... always looks beautiful with great heated pool/spa and gas grill which is kept very clean. Each unit has its own washer and dryer! The property is also gated and well lit with cameras as well to assure a safe feeling living here. Whenever I have something that needs fixed, which is rare since they do overall maintenance to try to keep repairs at a minimum, but when there is something in need of maitence, it is always done in a timely matter. The staff is friendly, attentive and have always listentened and tried to make my living experience here great!!! Don’t plan to leave anytime soon!!! Thanks Villa Boutique staff!! I was so happy to have found Villa Boutique as a temporary residence in Palm Springs while in transition. They have beautiful ... landscaping and spacious apartment homes. We needed a place that takes pets and Villa Boutique is super pet friendly. I met some great tenants, too. The staff is terrific - DeWayne Garcia, Business Manager, and Luis Torres, who does the property maintenance are very gracious and respond to requests very promptly!
